Tesla is the most popular automaker with motorists thanks to the popularity of the Model 3

The Tesla Model 3 is definitely the most popular model at Tesla. So popular, in fact, that the manufacturer ranks first in the field of customer satisfaction, according to a recent study. The firm is followed by Land Rover and Mazda, which complete the podium.

If Tesla is carving out an increasingly important place with the general public, it is above all thanks to its Model 3. More affordable than its counterparts, it is also praised for its quality of manufacture. In 2021, the electric sedan has long dominated sales in France, before giving way to national models. This does not prevent Tesla from benefiting from its excellent reputation.

Indeed, according to a study carried out by Zutobi, Tesla obtains the best customer satisfaction score among motorists. On a rating of 5, the manufacturer gets 4.53. The rest of the podium is made up of Land Rover and Mazda, which each score 4.30 out of 5. All three are closely followed by Peugeot (4.27) and BMW (4.25). As you might expect, this popularity is also found when looking at car models.

The Model 3 is the favorite car of motorists

Indeed, Zutobi performed the same calculation for cars and, once again, it was Tesla who won first place with its Model 3 and its score of 4.53 out of 5. The Volvo XC40 is just behind with 4, 50, while the gap widens with the Ford Puma and its 4.40. The first French in the ranking is the Peugeot 208, which takes fourth place with a score of 4.40. No other French brand is present.

It is therefore a very nice performance for Tesla, which was not sure to attract the praise of drivers after the successive price increases on its Model 3 in recent months. Especially since the manufacturer should maintain its first place as deliveries resume their normal course, which should soon be the case according to recent reports.
