Madam Breweryhere is the name of the new restaurant signed Thierry Marx on the first floor of the Eiffel Tower. A breathtaking view of Paris while enjoying a lovely French cuisine creative that gives pride of place to local productsall under a superb bay window, this is what awaits you.
A brasserie that honors the French cuisine and sharing, this is what is offered to you. “Fascinating and inspiring, the Tower represents the elegance and excellence of French know-how that make the eyes of millions of visitors twinkle each year. Madame Brasserie will allow them to immerse themselves in the Paris of today and it will, we hope, attract a local public in search of new culinary discoveries. Mrs. Brewery comes complete an extraordinary gastronomic experience and the Tower confirms its place as an exceptional culinary place.” declares Jean-François Martins, Chairman of the Operating Company of the Eiffel Tower.
To begin with, you wonder how you are going to be able to go up to Madam Brewery without spending hours queuing. You should know that once your reservation is made, we advise you to arrive at least 30 minutes before the hour. At the first control to enter the zone, a quick access queue is dedicated to the restaurant. You must then go to the shed located in the center of the space to collect your passes in order to go up in quick access via the elevator.
Once at the top, before being seduced by the plate, we let ourselves be seduced by the place. For Madam BreweryIyou are a talented designer Ramy Fischler and architect Nicola Delon have imaginedhuge bay windows and a decoration favoring of the raw materials and responsible for a result classy design and modern.
Madam Brewery filled in all the boxes, business lunch passing through the family meal or the romantic evening in love. On the plate, Thierry Marx offers us a simple and gourmet cuisine, more accessible than Jules Verne, and which is part of an approach sustainable. “My mission as a craftsman is to give memory to the ephemeral. My challenge is to create simple, healthy cuisine that is a source of pleasure, as durable as the monument itself.” he declares.
Note that the menu varies from lunch to dinner and prices are based on location chosen. Thus, it will cost you more to be at the level of the side bay window Eiffel Tower Where Trocadero, only in the heart of the brewery. At lunchtime, prices start at €48 per adult and €20 per child in the heart of the restaurant, €85 for the view overlooking the heart of the Eiffel Tower and its terrace and €120 for the view overlooking the Seine and the Trocadero . It should be noted, however, that the Eiffel Tower and Paris views include a glass of Champagne, wines and coffee, which ultimately justifies the price increase. In the evening, the menu becomes more refined and goes from €175 to €245.
During our visit, we were able to discover the lunch offer. A nice menu rather simple but good, which we liked by the choice of fresh products and the quality of the preparations. The menu changes according to the seasons.
