Giorgio, the most disco Italian restaurant in the capital, is launching its brunch to be enjoyed on Saturdays and Sundays. To you the best of Italy combined with the essentials of brunch, all to be enjoyed in the sun on the terrace with a DJ set as a bonus.
You love brunches but also the Italian food ? Why choose when you can have it all? Every weekend, Saturday and Sunday noon, Giorgiothe group’s Italiano-disco restaurant Dalmatian, now offers a festive brunch. Indoors or on its beautiful flowery terracewe have fun!
Well, we grant you, brunch is not of Italian origin but hey, when you can enjoy a brunch while savoring beautiful Italian cuisine with sourced products and 100% homemade, why deprive of it?
The menu, brunch menu :
Basically the Giorgio’s brunch what’s this ? It’s a short choice of fresh pasta and of pizza simple dishes accompanied by brunch must-haves. So, we start by choosing a good hot drink between cappuccino, Chaï and hazelnut hot chocolate. Lovers of burrata and other arancinis can’t miss the starters.
We let ourselves be seduced by the Italian specialties.
Or we go on choices likeEgg Benedict with tender spinach and crispy guanciale (dried meat) from Sardinia on a slice of sourdough bread fried in olive oil, all covered with truffle hollandaise sauce to order.
Unless the disco-club which combines shredded chicken, egg, mayo and crispy guanciale in a toasted sandwich loaf will catch your eye.
Otherwise, the vegetables won’t miss the Shak Shak alla Normaa Ragù of San Marzano tomatoes and lightly spiced burnt peppers, fried egg, fried eggplant and Caccioricota and toast of scrambled eggs with truffles with Butter Toast & egg.
No brunch without pancakes, we melt for the version with caramelized ricotta pancakes, mascarpone cream, pecan praline and vanilla custard. The most reasonable will opt for theItalian Muesli Gang made with Greek yogurt, caramelized bananas, homemade granola and secret syrup. While gourmets will not resist the churros accompanied by ice cream and pistachio cream.
We love the pretty, trendy terrace that wraps around this beautifully flowered restaurant with a fun and welcoming atmosphere. Note that every Sunday, the party is even more appropriate with a dj set electrifying with italo-disco accents of course.
So we make a Italian brunch on the terrace in an atmosphere disco ?
